Millennium Millionaire raffle winners January
January 7th 2021 11:19The new year has started exceptionally well for Indian nationals in the Emirates. A resident of Hyderabad has just won $1 million on the extremely popular Millennium Millionaire raffle. The Dubai Duty-Free series MM347 was drawn on Wednesday 6th January and saw many fortunate Indian nationals win amazing prizes. 45-year-old Kanikaram Rajasekhar took the jackpot prize after his winning ticket, number 3546, came out on top. “I’m elated! It’s surreal! This is the way to start the year out right. Thank you so much Dubai Duty-Free!”
This is only the second time ever that Rajasekhar has bought a DDF raffle ticket after his first ticket for draw MM345 failed to win him anything. He purchased his winning ticket online in December 2020. Rajasekhar said that he plans to open up an immigration service company in Dubai shortly, as well as completing charity work.
Other Indian winners on the DDF Finest Surprise raffle include Syed Shabber Hasan, who won a BMW 750Li xDrive M Sport on draw C1764. The 24-year-old Indian student studying in Dubai said, “I’m very excited to start my new year! After going through some difficult times hopefully, this win is the start of more good things to come.”
Draw B436 saw 38-year-old Nitin Agrawat, a 13-year resident of Dubai, win a Harley-Davidson Softail Low Rider motorbike. He said, “I encourage all to continue buying a ticket to this amazing promotion and hopefully luck will be on your side.” An Aprilia Tuono Factory motorbike was won by Dubai-based Ahamed Nasar Kamal Sheik on draw B438.

The EuroMillions starts the year off with a €30 million jackpot, and in Italy, the SuperEnalotto jackpot is €88.3 million. In the UK, the Lotto stands at an amazing £20 million.
